Panthila Civil Engineers, engages in design, construction & building from medium to large scale construction projects in Sri Lanka.
Having commenced business as a small construction firm with few employees in 1981, Panthila Civil Engineers have come a long way
during the near 4 decades of operations. Starting as a family owned partnership the company has grown while more and more family
members have joined the company and is now a professionally managed organization having CIDA registration with Grade C3 and ISO
9001:2008.
Through the strength and expertise of our people, Panthila Civil Engineers has sustained its business success providing innovative
construction solutions to complex infrastructure projects across Sri Lanka for over 38 years. Our business priorities are delivering
outstanding customer service, providing quality products and services, ensuring the safety of our employees and maintaining our
commitment to the communities in which we live and work.

ChairmenHe is the founder of Panthila Civil Engineers having more than 40 years experience in design, construct, supervise, operate, and maintain large construction projects and systems, including roads, buildings, tunnels, dams, bridges, and systems for water supply and sewage treatment. He has also undertaken several government projects during his profession. He holds City & Guilds Advance Diploma in Civil Engineering
Mr. Panthaka Dabare
Partner / Managing DirectorHe has 20 years experience as the Managing Director at Panthila Civil Engineers which is a family owned business. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from University of Colombo and B.Com (Sp) Degree from University of Jayawardenapura. Also He was the Past President of Construction Association Colombo Branch and former Secretary at Construction Association.
Mrs. N. D. Dabare
Partner / FinancialShe is having 20 years experience as the Partner – Financial who oversee the financial management of the company. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from University of Colombo and B.Com (Sp) Degree from University of Jayawardenapura.
Mrs. L. P. Dabare
Partner / Director EngineeringShe has 40 years experience as the Partner/ Project Manager who involves in planning, designing, operations and constructions in projects undertakes to the company. She holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Mr.M.K. Dabare
Director OperationsHe has 04 years experience as the Director Operations at Panthila Civil Engineers. He holds a Degree in Business Management from Staffordshire University UK and Currently Following MBA Program at PIM
Mr.S.M.C.Indrajith Senanayake
General ManagerHe has 20 years experience in the Construction industry who involves in planning, designing, operations and constructions in projects. He holds a NDES in Civil Engineering
